• Any damage caused to vehicles, hotels, or property due to customer negligence will be charged accordingly.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our cancellation policy.
• Hindustan Travels reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions or operational issues.

• Hindustan Travels is not responsible for delays, loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during travel.
• While we strive for high-quality service, we are not liable for disruptions caused by third-party providers, including airlines, hotels, or transportation services.
• Travel insurance is recommended for all customers to cover unforeseen incidents.

• Customer information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for service fulfillment.
